CANCELLATIONS / MISSED APPOINTMENTS Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Otherwise, the following charges apply: •1st Instance - $20 (Twenty dollars) •2nd Instance - One-Half Session Payment •3rd Instance - No additional charge - Termination of Service
“ON-SITE” OR “IN-HOME” MASSAGES
ADDITIONAL CHARGES Additional fees for special circumstances: •$15 - Check, “stop payment” fees and/or fraudulent transactions. •$10 - Transportation and set-up fee for Event services. Additional charges may apply for special events and for services outside of the normal service area.
