To acquaint couples with stress-reducing massage methods designed to save costs and improve health, the Souhegan Valley Boys & Girls Club is hosting an adult enrichment class on Saturday, Oct. 25 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The event, which is open to the public and costs just $35 per person (a $5 discount is available for family of SVBGC members), will feature samplings of fragrant massage oils and easy but effective massage techniques in a fun, hands-on class, suitable for a variety of couples. Both partners will give and receive massage. These classes are designed for couples, but other pairs of friends are always welcome.
